Cindy and Ki at the Firestone Winery

» Katie
Katie

Saturday October 28th Charity and I traveled up the 101 to the Firestone Winery for Cindy and Ki’s wedding. It was a beautiful fall day and we enjoyed using the changing colors of the grape leaves as a backdrop for our photos. I loved the challenge of using the barrel room for Cindy and Ki’s portraits. The light pouring through the windows illuminated the moisture in the room and created a dreamy look to the photos. After the sunset ceremony Cindy and Ki’s guests enjoyed a candlelit meal amidst the large oak barrels. The 130 guests even did the wave down the long banquet table. After the three course meal and of course wine, the band beckoned the guests out to dance the night away under one of the most amazing starry skies I have ever seen. Check out some of Red Loft Studios favorite shots from Cindy and Ki’s wedding.

Jack & Christina’s Old Town Fullerton Wedding

» Andrea
Andrea

On Saturday was the wedding of Jack and Christina. The ceremony and reception were held at the Imperial Ballroom in Old Town Fullerton. Jack and Christina did a wonderful job of designing and decorating the ballroom with their antique style. The ballroom had adorable tables set up all along both sides of the room, perfect for couples. Jack and Christina also had a
one of a kind cake topper from the 1950′s. They even hired swing dancers to get the party going. Through out the night their guests kept heading back to the old Polaroid cameras to take a few snap shots. It was truly a unique wedding!

Malia and Keith’s wedding celebration at the Ritz Carlton

» Jenny

This Saturday I photographed the ever so elegant wedding of Malia and Keith. It was such a gorgeous day to drive on the coast to their wedding. Malia and Keith were married at a little church in Corona del Mar and then the reception was held at the Ritz Carlton. Malia looked so graceful in her gorgeously beaded gown and Keith was the perfect compliment in his flawlessly fit tux and ear to ear smile. You could literally feel the love from everyone at this wedding. When Malia and her dad danced, I couldn’t hold back the tears…it was so sweet. Needless to say, it was a gorgeous wedding and one I won’t ever forget.

Congratulations to a long and happy life together Malia and Keith!!!

Happy Halloween everyone. We all decided that we needed to take a break from the busy wedding season and have a little fun. So off to the pumpkin patch (aka Albertson’s) we went….We had a great time making a huge mess and getting our hands dirty. Trick or Treat !!!!

Jennifer and Mark Japanese Garden engagement photos

» Tammy
Tammy

Last Friday I photographed Jennifer and Mark’s engagement session at the Japanese Garden in Long Beach. This place is so amazing! It really is full of endless photo ops including a koi pond, willow trees, and many flowers. We really had a great time taking advantage of this awesome location. Afterwards we drove to Sunset Beach to grab some more shots. This place has special meaning to these two because this is where Mark proposed. They even brought the same blanket they had that night. These two were so comfortable in front of the camera and were making each other laugh the entire time. I’m really looking forward to their wedding.

Erik & Holly’s Hilltop Farms wedding

» Andrea
Andrea

On Sa turday Tammy and I drove to Santa Barbara tophotograph Holly and Erik’s wedding. The wedding took place at Hilltop Farms where there are amazing views of the ocean and the mountains. Holly looked beautiful and could not stop smiling. Everything about the day was perfect. The ceremony took place outside on a cliff surrounded by gorgeous purple flowers. During cocktail hour their guests enjoyed the sunset and then everyone moved to the backyard to start partying.
After their first dance, the band opened up the floor to the rest of their guests and not a soul was left sitting. Everyone was on that dance floor bustin a move! Great party you guys! Congratulations!
