The Kennedys’ “Indy” Wedding

This past weekend Charity and I had the great fortune to travel to Indianapolis for Susan and Brandon’s wedding. Being two California girls we didn’t quite know what to expect from the weather so we donned our heavy coats and scarves and set out for a new adventure. We were absolutely blown away by Indianapolis in all its fall glory. I loved using the colorful foliage as a backdrop for the wedding photos. These two met at Notre Dame and have moved their romance to the Windy City. However, when it came to saying “I Do” Susan chose her hometown of Indy for the festivities. The wedding took place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the reception following at the Scottish Rite Cathedral. Both venues were over the top amazing. Our photo shoot didn’t stop there we headed around Indianapolis’ famous circle for photos with the wedding party and to an Irish pub to take a break, have some Guinness, and watch Susan and Brandon’s Fighting Irish play some football. Charity and I loved being involved in the weekend’s activities and actually grew to like the below 65 weather. Thanks to Susan, Brandon, family and friends for showing us a great time in Indy and for having us be a part of such a special day.
Check out some of our Red Loft Studios favorite moments from Susan & Brandon’s “Indy” wedding below….

We couldn’t get over how beautiful this church is.

It gave us so many awesome photo opportunities.

To me this photo is so “Susan and Brandon,” its one of my favorites.

Susan & Brandon’s friends and families rocked the Scottish Rite Cathedral.
