Applesauce Music…future rock stars of America!

Friday I set out to photograph something quite unique. I joined the music classes of Applesauce Music to capture some spontaneous and fun moments for their new website (designed by Red Loft Studios’ very own awesome team of web designers Jloop). I had so much fun watching Suzi and her amazing talent for teaching music. She is so lovable and sweet and you can tell how much the kids (and the parents) love her! It really is amazing how music allows children to express themselves in such a positve way. Suzi’s teaching process, called Orff-Schulwerk or Orff Approach, focuses on learning music through dancing, singing and keeping a beat. This creative free form type of teaching allows children to comfortably and naturally learn music. It is so fun to see the kids laughing and dancing. It makes you want to get up out of your chair and dance and sing along! Way to go Suzi!

Here are some of our Red Loft Studios favorites.

Some instruments used in the classes.

Some of Suzi’s adorable students.

One thing about Suzi…she’s always wearing her Chuck Taylors!

These are awesome! Great work Jenny :) This makes me really excited to get the full website out there. It is going to make our (JLOOP) lives so easy - working with such great assets. What a fun morning that was :) I am singing and dancing right now just reviewing - hee

I LOVE the little girl in her Green and Pink (purple?) dress. I hope my kids will one day look that cute!

I can see your shining light all the way from the plains and rolling hills of Kansas! Through these beautiful pix, I can not only hear, but I can feel your and ‘your’ kids’ delicious music and laughter even through all the Crimson and Blue revelers’ noise after last night’s NCAA championship win! And I LOVE it and YOU! Your love-filled passion for music, kids and life is so gloriously contagious that I hope the whole world is soon ‘infected’…and the sooner the better!

You make my heart and soul smile all the time.

    Love always, Janie

Suzi, You have more than just a gift with children. In this world of uncertain days and nights, your passion for life is beyond my wildest dream! This world needs more of you! Never, ever, ever quit doing what you love!

    Love, Deryl
