Sara and David’s Ultra Cool Marvimon wedding

Sara and David celebrated their wedding a few weeks ago at the ever so hip and cool Marvimon. This place is such a unique and funky spot in downtown LA and I love shooting there. The one- time auto showroom built by an Italian race car driver in 1924, has an open roof in the back of the loft which houses the ivy walled garden. This courtyard was the setting of Sara and David’s intimate ceremony. After exchanging vows officiated by Justice Martha Walters, guest made their way from the garden to the inside loft area where appetizers and cocktails were served. The coolest thing about this spot is that the bistro style kitchen is open to the guest area. Guests are served while caterers cook the food in front of them. It really makes the whole space feel very homey. Sara and David wanted that exact feeling for their wedding and they definitely achieved that. I really enjoyed being a part of Sara and David’s wedding and hearing about their loving relationship celebrated by their family and friends. Congrats you two and thanks for including me in your big day!

Fantastic – beautiful, sweet-sweet wedding! A memorable occasion. Sara was a gorgeous bride, David a great looking groom (after all he is my grandson!). Every detail was perfect – ‘save the date’, invitations, flowers, food and beverages, pretty bridesmaids (including my lovely granddaughter Kate), handsome groomsmen, fun and informal groom’s pub party, gracious hospitality at Karen and Vince’s home, interesting guests – many from miles away! Guess I could go on and on. It was, indeed, a happy event I will long remember! It was an honor and pleasure to be there. The pictures are great – I want to see more!
