Michael and Zohar the cure for what ails ya

» Jenny
Jenny

Michael and Zohar recently got married and I had the pleasure of being a part of their big day. I have known both Michael and Zohar for many years and I felt honored when they asked me to take their wedding photos. Personally, I wouldn’t have had it any other way! They are both hard working medical students and they had family and friends join them from all over the world to help them celebrate. It was so heartwarming to see the amount of people who’s lives have been touched by Michael and Zohar. Separately they are amazing, but together they are awesome! You can tell how in love these two are when they look at each other. During the ceremony Michael could barely hold back his tears. It was the sweetest thing! (That was too much for me to bear, and so my tears stared flowing too!) The reception was filled with just as much emotion as family and friends read their toasts and a video was played of guests from afar wishing the couple congratulations. We wish you the best Michael and Zohar!

Eva captures Ronnie and Briana’s wedding day

Almost three years ago, Ronnie and Briana found each other and since then, have fallen in love and wanted to share their commitment to each other with their closest family and friends.  Our ever so talented Red Loft photographer, Eva, joined them at Hotel Maya for a beautiful ceremony and an amazing time spent with loved ones.  Ronnie sat nervously and excitedly in the living room, waiting for Briana to appear through the door in her wedding dress.  As Briana walked into the room, Ronnie’s eyes lit up and a smile came upon her face.  They both smiled, laughed, and held each other for a little while, taking in the moment in anticipation of their commitment ceremony to come.  They shared their love together with their guests closely around them, lit their unity candle and committed themselves to each other forever.  It was absolutely beautiful for them to share such a great moment, surrounded by their beautiful friends and family members.  Eva felt so honored to have shared this day with Briana and Ronnie, congratulations!

The very sweet Jennifer and her just as sweet hubby Brian, recently got married amongst their family and friends at the Saint Maximilian Kolbe Church in Westlake. After theceremony guests headed to Camarillo to Spanish Hills Country Club to celebrate with the bride and groom and get their groove on. Not only do I love this couple, but their family and friends are just as awesome. I had such a blast on the dance floor capturing the festivities.  The speaches were equally just as great to capture. Jennifer’s dad had a fantastic speech that made the audience tear up and Brian’s brothers’ speech had the crowd falling out of their chairs. The night was beautiful and it is one I will never forget. Congrats you two.

Stephanie and Jacob’s wedding at the Disney Concert Hall

» Jenny

I recently had the pleasure of photographing the stunningly elegant wedding of Stephanie and Jacob in Downtown Los Angeles at the Disney Concert Hall. If you haven’t been to the Disney Concert Hall, you are missing out. This place is breathtaking. The hall was designed by Frank Gehry with a mammoth exterior of stainless steel curves and an interior of wood walls and stone. The gardens are phenomenal for photographs with indigenous trees, plants and flowers sprouting up in every corner. The light that reflects from this building is amazing and I love shooting here. Stephanie and Jacob have an infinity for the place since Jacob and his family are donors. What a perfect setting for their elegant black and white colored wedding. The bride was stunningly beautiful and relaxed while the groom was equally as handsome and chill. The mood made for some great pics and lots of fun and dancing for the guest. Congratulations Stephanie and Jacob.

Jasmeen and Brad’s Southern CA nuptials

Jasmeen and Brad’s wedding in Long Beach was a ton of fun! It was at Jasmeen’s aunt’s house and the home was FULL of Jasmeen and Brad’s family and friends. Jasmeen and Brad are teachers who live in Senegal West Africa so along with the local guests, people flew in from North Carolina and even West Africa!! Needless to say, that meant that the guests were ready to party! The dance floor was packed, the food was amazing, and the music was an awesome mix of African, hip hop, blue grass, and country. What an amazing way to celebrate such a beautiful couple! And they truly are an amazing couple. They are so in love and it shows in the way the two interact with each other. They are also the most gracious hosts and I was treated like a guests from the moment I got there. I ate some pretty great food and laughed and cried with the rest of the bunch. I’m so happy for Jasmeen and Brad and know that they will have an incredible life together.
